Answer:
I have only received one book this year for Christmas! Which is Girl Made of Stars by Ashley Herring Blake, which was gifted to me by Erica @ Erica Robyn Reads. I still have a few people I need to exchange gifts with which may be books but for now that is all. I don't typically ask for a lot of books because I borrow from the library and rather ask for things I can't see me buying myself. I have an issue with validating spending money on myself, unless it's books.
Did you get any books for the holidays? If you did I hope they're all five star reads!

DeleteI didn't get any books for Christmas this year (yet at least, although we don't celebrate with my family until February). I'm kind of like you though and tend to be perfectly willing to buy books for myself and prefer to ask for other things I'm less likely to splurge on. Hope you have a great weekend. - Katie

ReplyDeleteI also did not ask for a lot of books because I have many that I need to read that I keep shuffling around the house, and I have access to many new arrivals at the library as well.
