The Spooky Would You Rather Book Tag

About a week ago I saw that Erica Robyn Reads did this awesome spooky book tag and I wanted to fill out the questions too! I recommend both the tag and her post, which I will link right here. This tag was originally created by BookTuber The Book Pusher, so I recommend checking out the original as well!

Here we go!

1. THRILLERS OR SUPERNATURAL ELEMENTS?

Supernatural elements. I have been trying out thrillers lately and honestly it's been a bit of a struggle. I tend to enjoy supernatural books more. Typically witches and magic but I have loved vampire and ghost books too.

2. GHOSTS OR ZOMBIES?

Ghosts. I am kind of over zombies. I still enjoy The Walking Dead (even if I am like a season behind), but other than that I haven't felt the urge to read or even watch anything else zombie related.

3. VAMPIRES OF WEREWOLVES?

Vampires. I genuinely love them both, but I have enjoyed more vampire media than werewolf media (because there isn't as much). If you have any werewolf book suggestions I'd love them though because I have always loved werewolves.

4. WITCHES OR DEMONS?

Witches, hands down. Witch-y books are the best, and I wish I could find more that I like because they're so much fun. If I ever become a published author I bet my book would involve witches of some sort.

5. WOULD YOU RATHER READ A BOOK WITH 13 CHAPTERS OR READ A BOOK WITH A BLACK CAT ON THE COVER?

Black cat. I can be superstitious about a lot of things, but two things I don't let bother me are the number 13 and black cats. I don't feel any negative energy about either, and I love black cats. They're so pretty.

6. WOULD YOU RATHER READ A SPOOKY BOOK IN THE DARK WITH ONLY A CANDLE FOR LIGHT OR BY YOURSELF IN A LOCKED BRIGHTLY LIT ROOM?

Locked in a brightly lit room. I hate reading at night because my eyes kind of suck so much and I need more light than one candle can provide. After a small amount of time I'd probably have to stop reading because my eyes will hurt too much, it's ridiculous.

7. WOULD YOU RATHER FACE YOUR WORST FEAR IN A BOOK OR BE TRAPPED IN THE MIND OF A KILLER?

Face your worst fear in a book. Being trapped in the mind of a killer would definitely be interesting, but I think facing my worst fear could possibly make me a stronger and better person by the end.

8. WOULD YOU RATHER WATCH A SCARY MOVIE OR READ A SCARY BOOK?

Read a scary book. When I read a genuinely scary book it gets me all pumped up and full of adrenaline. However, I feel like I am more easily spooked with movies than books, so the book would have to really scare me.

9. WOULD YOU RATHER READ SPOOKY BOOKS ONLY DURING THE FALL TIME OR ALL YEAR?

During the fall. I don't tend to read too many spooky books all year around because for me it's not as much fun. However, I can sometimes kind of pick up some spooky or at least supernatural books after the holidays have died down.

10. WOULD YOU RATHER READ 10 SPOOKY BOOKS IN OCTOBER OR 10 SPOOKY BOOKS ALL YEAR?

10 spooky books in October. Honestly one year I need to do this, I just get so distracted by other books and then by the time I have realized this October is basically over.  Which is kind of what happened this October.

Thanks for reading!

I am not big on tagging people specifically, so if you want to do this tag, then I tag you to do it!
