Let's jump right into it!
I have so many bloggers/bookstagram accoutns I love so much these are just the ten I thought of on the top of my head.
I am the kind of person to read a lot of blogs and not comment because I feel like I don't have anything important to say, but I read these women's blog posts pretty frequently and are on their bookstagram pages often. I just kind of creepy admire from afar, mostly my social anxiety stops me from saying much of anything. I think they're all worth checking out and I hope you follow them on their socials!
Destiny @ Howling Libraries
Destiny has become such a great friend! We are fairly new friends but it's incredibly easy to talk to her and she's been so welcoming and sweet. I love her taste in books and I really love her style of reviewing them. Destiny plans on going back to reading more spooky reads so if you're in the mood for some good recommendations for Autumn (or really any time of year) I recommend checking out her socials!
Erica @ Erica Robyn Reads
Erica is my best friend from high school. We've known each since Fall 2006 and she is the one that convinced me to start a book blog! Erica is the epitome of a Hufflepuff, she's fair, loyal, just, and extremely kind. And she uses those traits when writing her book reviews. She tends to read a lot of mystery/thriller so if that is your kind of genre I definitely recommend looking to see what she's been raving about lately. However, she tends to read a variety of different genres so check her out even if mystery/thrillers aren't for you.
Amy @ A Magical World of Words
I love Amy's blog! Her posts range from bookish content, discussions, movie reviews, writing updates/tips, and so much more. I think there's honestly something for everyone on her blog and she's so well spoken and articulate that sometimes reading her blogs makes you feel like you've just had a really great discussion with a friend. I especially like her Fight Against Romanticized Abuse series.
Erin @ Angel Erin's Book Obsession
Erin is one of the sweetest people I've talked to! I really like her in depth book reviews and I think that she obviously puts work and time into them with how well thought out they are. She takes some amazing bookstagram photos that has me totally in awe and jealous of her skills. I love her Instagram page just as much as I love her blog.
Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm
I think was immediately drawn to the look of Shanah's blog when I first discovered it. I think it's really aesthetically pleasing and I love a lot of the content she posts on her blog. I only recently started following her on Instagram, I am so bad at following people on every single platform when I discover a new favorite. I've been following Shanah's twitter and blog posts for quite some time now and I've consistently been on top of reading her posts.
Destiny @ Wandering Gryffindor
Destiny is one of the sweetest girls on Instagram. She's always so nice to me and I love her book photos on Instagram so much. There are so many talented bookstagrammers on Instagram that sometimes it is hard to differentiate between the sea of aesthetically pleasing photos but there's something about Destiny's photos that stick out to me. I think it's the use of her using flowers and other types of plants that makes her photos so gorgeous to look at.
Weezie @ WeeziesBooks
There's something about Weezie that makes me love her so much. I think it's how genuine she seems, how opinionated she is, and I love her tastes in books. Also, her dogs are absolutely adorable and I die every time they make an appearance on her Instagram stories. Weezie is one of those people that seems almost too cool to talk to, and then you talk to her or just follow her for a while and although she still seems incredibly cool, she's warm and sweet. I think if you want to follow some really genuinely nice people who doesn't take anyone's crap but also has great taste in books Weezie is someone to follow on social media.
Tes @ Paperbackbones
Tes is just straight up talented. Her photos have this dark spooky vibe to them and they're just gorgeous to look at. I am so envious of how good some people are at taking book photos and she's definitely one of those people. Her photos are all so cozy and warm and I love her page so much. It's incredibly soothing to look through her photos and she recently did a bookstagram Harry Potter photo challenge and I participated. It was so much fun.
Nicole @ booklover.zzz
Nicole has been such a sweet friend. We are kind of each other's silent giveaway friends. We both tend to enter in Instagram book giveaways a lot and we are each other's go to when it comes to tagging a friend to enter in the giveaways. We didn't decide this out loud or talk about it, it just seemed to naturally happen on its own. She has hosted a few giveaways herself so I definitely recommend following her Instagram page if you're interested in that kind of thing.
Becca @ Bekkhaleesi
Becca was one of the first people to kind of welcome me into the Bookstagram community when I first started using my personal Instagram account as also a more bookish account. She's incredibly kind and I love her taste in spooky books. Her photos, like many of the women in this list, are so well done and I am jealous of her skills. And her bookmark collection. I highly recommend checking out her page for spooky recommendations, beautiful photos, and for Becca herself seeing she uses her account as a personal one also, like I do. Although I like when accounts are dedicated solely to books (like some of the women above) my favorite is when it's a mixture of both well thought out photos and the person's life outside of books.
