[Book Blogger Hop] October 20-26th

Book Blogger Hop's purpose is to give bloggers a chance to discover and follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend bloggers, and gain followers. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end on Thursday where there will be a weekly prompt following a bookish question.

Question:
Off the book topic - what is your favorite scary movie?

Answer:

I think there are a few ways I could answer this question. My favorite horror/Halloween movies are ones like the Scream and Halloween movies, but the movie that genuinely scared me the most while watching it would have to go to Dead Silence. It had me pretty shaken and I kind of want to re-watch it this year even if I know I was a mess afterwards because I'm a baby. However, I also really enjoy the Paranormal Activity movies, even if they're kind of crapped on by the general public.

My favorite not scary, but Halloween movies are Nightmare Before Christmas, Coraline, ParaNorman, Hocus Pocus, Casper Meets Wendy. You know, the classic Halloween movies.

I love Halloween movies, so much. My fiancé and I watch as many as we can for all the month of October.

Thanks for reading!

  1. Coraline is one of my faves, as well. The other mother is terrifying!
